Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us in Mylando. (“Mylando”, “we”, “us” or “our”), therefore we developed this ˝Privacy Policy˝ to explain the procedures for collecting and using Mylando information regarding the Service. The privacy policy is part of the agreement, and by using the service you agree that you have read it, that you understand it and that you will abide by it. If you see capitalized terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy, they will have the meaning given to them elsewhere in the Agreement.
1. Data controller
Mylando is a data controller for the processing of personal data about you as a Service User.

2. Definitions
"Data controller" means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or otherwise a body that alone or together with others determines the purposes and means of processing personal data; if the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union or Member State law, the controller or special criteria for his appointment may be provided for by European Union law or Member States; "GDPR" means the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679;
“Personal data” is any information relating to a natural person who is identified or can be identified; an identifiable person is a person whose identity can be established directly or indirectly, in particular on the basis of an identification number or one or more features specific to his/her physical, psychological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
"Violation of personal data" means a breach of security that leads to accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access to personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed;
"Processing" means any action or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data, whether by automatic means, such as collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, searching, disclosuring, transfering, disseminating or otherwise making available, compliant or a combination of given, restricting, deleting or destructing;
"Processor" means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or any other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller;
"Special categories of personal data" means personal data that reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership and processing of genetic and biometric data for the purpose of physical identification, data relating to health, data relating to sexual life or sexual orientation of a person.
3. Access to personal data
Only Mylando employees who need access to personal information to perform their work tasks process personal data. All of these employees have entered into agreements on confidentiality.
4. The right of access to personal data
You have the right to receive confirmation from Mylando as to whether personal data about you will be processed, and if so, access to your personal data and the following information:
- purpose of processing;
- categories of personal data;
- recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data have been or will be disclosed
- recipients in third countries, ie. countries outside the EU / EEA;
- If possible, the intended period for which the Personal Data will be stored, or if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;
- the existence of a right to request Mylando to correct or delete personal data, limiting the processing of personal data concerning you and objections to such processing;
- the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority where personal data is not collected from you, all available information on the source of the existence of automated decision making, including profiling, from Article 22 (1) and (4) of the GDPR, and at least in those cases, significant information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and anticipation of the consequences of such processing for you. Where personal data is transferred to a third country, that is, a country outside the EU / EEA, or an international organization, you have the right to be informed of the appropriate safeguards in accordance with Article 46 of the GDPR which refers to the transfer.
5. Right to correction, etc.
Mylando aims to process only the personal data that is accurate and up to date.
Rectification:
You have the right to obtain from Mylando a correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you.
Right to forget:
You have the right to ask Mylando to delete personal data concerning you. Mylando has an obligation to delete personal data, inter alia, when Personal Data is no longer required for the purpose for which it has been collected or you have withdrawn the consent on which that processing is based.
Processing restriction:
You have the right to receive a processing restriction from Mylando if you have a special reason for the defect
limitations. This may be if you have problems with the content of the information we hold or how we have processed your personal data. This may also be the case when Mylando no more needs personal data for processing purposes, but you seek to establish, execute or defend legal claims.
Data transfer:

6. Data processing contracts
Mylando cooperates with other companies that process personal data on behalf of Mylando.
Mylando uses only those data processors that provide sufficient guarantees that implement appropriate technical and organizational measures in such a way that the processing requirements of the GDPR will be met and ensure the protection of the rights of all entities concerned. Processed data is governed by a contract that binds the data processor in relation to Mylando and which states the subject and duration of processing, the nature and purpose of processing, the type of personal data and categories of data carriers and the obligations and rights of Mylando and the data processor.
7. Personal data we collect and / or receive
When you sign up to become a user or when you buy a product, you may have to give personal information about yourself, including, without limitation, your name, phone number, email address and profile picture. Mylando has no control over the privacy practices of external websites and we are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those external sites. 13. Children
We unknowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 through the website. If you are under 13, do not give us any personal information. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet use and help enforce our privacy policy by instructing children to never provide personal information through websites without your permission.
